Manor Infrastructure

The building contains electricity, water and telephone fittings that need to be renovated. The water fittings are disused. In 2005 the municipality built a new water supply, and the manor is connected to it in its immediate surroundings, but a connection to the public sewage syste is not possible; therefore the existing sewers must be used. The manor's renovation must inlcude increasing the power of the electricity supply.
